Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or requesting services from Holoholo Screens Kauai, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Services
Holoholo Screens Kauai provides residential and commercial screen fabrication, installation, repair, and maintenance services including window screen replacement, sliding screen door repair, screened-in lanai enclosures, security screen doors, hinged screen door installation, and patio door roller repair. All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion.
Service Minimum
A $500 minimum applies to all mobile service calls. This minimum reflects the cost of deploying our equipped service vehicle, tools, and skilled technicians to your property anywhere on Kauai. Most projects exceed this threshold. The minimum applies regardless of project scope and is non-negotiable.
Estimates & Pricing
All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Free email and text estimates are available. Final pricing may differ from estimates if additional work or materials are required. We will always obtain your approval before proceeding with work beyond the original estimate.
Warranty
All installations and repairs performed by Holoholo Screens Kauai include a workmanship warranty unless otherwise specified. Products from our brand partners carry their respective manufacturer warranties. Warranty claims must be submitted by contacting our office directly.
Limitation of Liability
Holoholo Screens Kauai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaii. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Hawaii.
